Cancellation Policy
At Burlington Appliance Repair, we respect both your time and ours. To keep our scheduling efficient and ensure the best service possible, please review our cancellation policy below:
We require a minimum of 3 business hours’ notice before the start of your scheduled appointment to cancel.
Same-day appointments cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
If you are calling after business hours, please do not leave a voicemail to cancel your appointment. It will not be accepted.
How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made by speaking directly with a live agent.
Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a cancellation code over the phone for verification.
Late or Unconfirmed Cancellations
Failure to comply with this policy will result in a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD + tax, which must be paid within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment.
